"They cancelled my reservation without any explanation. All the front desk lady could say is "error message." I had her talk to my company travel agency, but she was so adament that the reservation was cancelled. And then completely refused to reinstate it.. saying "we're overbooked" how can you be OVER booked? I thought IBM is a tech company.. they can't manage a hotel reservation system?? I will never book here again. Very unprofessional."
