As a woman and a mom I know how important it is to have people to support you on this journey called motherhood. Many people don't have the resources or family support to help when they are in need. Alight provides a loving place where women can come unashamed of where they are at, and receive support from other women who have access to the resources that need. The staff at Alight reaches out to women in a way that helps them to see that there is hope and resources available for them. This is invaluable when you are in the midst of a struggle and you feel like there is no one to turn to."

She knowledgeable,insightful when it come to birthing and community resources, She also is willing to give her time to assist you in all you have need of. The nursing staff makes you comfortable and you have plenty of privacy in their office Junette is amazing. I also enjoyed all the information given to me by the lactation consultant Connie. I would highly recommend going to Alight in Hudson."
