Very rude, spoke over me when trying to understanding their qualification process and was just unprofessional overall. No shade to the branch, but I would replace that young lady with the glasses."

"The worst experience ever! The young lady that assisted with my closing lied to me on most everything. I was assured that after my 1st payment I can change the due date ... What she didn't tell me was that it will be another inconvenient date. When I spoke with the "manager" all she could tell me was "that's why she's not here anymore ". Now I'm accruing MORE interest due to this misinformation- please DO NOT visit this branch if you want integrity & good service visit another branch!!!"
