"Just picked up a prescription for my daughter at the CVS in Rye Brook, next to Lennys Bagels. The cashier in the pharmacy department (Mercedes) was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and condescending. I reported her behavior to a supervisor and the supervisor said she's heard similar complaints from other customers. The fact that they are aware of her behavior and continue to let her treat their customers in that manner is ridiculous. She needs to be fired. I will NEVER go to that CVS again."

"Incompetent and rude employees. An old women asked to go to the front of the line cause she's late for a bus and instead of them helping her, the cashier leaves her register and go helps another customer that is already being helped by another employee. You could tell the employee was getting aggravated with the women and instead of helping her like she said she would she walked off to be petty."
