"This is very disappointing to write. Joe had been helping me through two refinances i have been working on. In the beginning, he was very responsive. I trusted this company with my life savings at this point. I followed Joe's advice, and it ended up hurting me. I was put in a worst spot than i was initially. Had to pay $10K out of pocket to payoff some loans, when that didn't matter at all. Basically losing $10k for no reason.
