"Awful customer service. We ended up moving to TD bank. My husband is from Arkansas and we went there with $5,000 in cash and blind optimism to open our first ever joint bank account together. Nope! They denied us a bank account with both our names on it because he didn’t have a local ID? Despite that terrible illogical reason we opened it under just my name only to add him later on. They treated him like a criminal! Once he showed proof of residence with a utility bill they “allowed him on the account”. After a couple years of rude service, an extremely outdated ATM and 100 eye rolls from bank tellers we took our business to another bank in Sturbridge we love!"
