"I thoroughly enjoyed myself at prime today! First off, our waiter (named Jay) was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had and I mean that! He was attentive, courteous, and prompt! Truly a gem. Highly impressed with the service! My girlfriend had the tortilla soup, which was also phenomenal. But really what I loved was the chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread! I forgot exactly what it was called. It wasn’t part of the regular menu but it was a special! Overall the experience was 10/10."

"The service was amazing Environment to eat in was amazing Seats were so comfortable I loved the food but I wish there was more seasoning. The mac and cheese was good but there was little cheese on. It perfectly coated the noodles but it was a bit dry. Chicken sandwhich was great! Probably lacking some seasoning I would say. It was like the portions were perfect, but perfect in a sense where it’s like “okay it’s really good but I probably wouldn’t order these items again.” Rachel the waitress was AMAZING she was so funny and sweet. She needs a raise fr. I would eat here again! I would probably try the beef instead since I’m more of a beef gal Presentation was amazing and everything looks beautiful."

"Sometimes it’s the first choice, sometimes it’s fate! We are in town for the night, after spending the last 7 nights touring New England. Admittedly, Prime 16 was not our first choice (because another place was a closer walk). However the closer place had subpar service that we walked out on; and I’m so happy we did. Jae at Prime 16 was the best server on our trip so far. The food was amazing - I had the Wisconsin Turkey Burger, my husband had The Smoker. Hands down, the BEST turkey burger ever ~ (because I can’t eat beef). The prices were reasonable, the food amazing, and the service top notch! If you’re in town for a day, a night, or a week, I highly recommend you stop by Prime 16."

"in my opinion one of the best places for cheeseburgers. people will say where it started in new haven which is true. but prime 16 takes the crown for it's amazing burgers. seasoned, flavors are hitting, friendly service, nice decor. very welcoming and the food was so good."
