"1) I shouldn’t have to encounter an insane bible pusher when doing banking. 2) I instructed them to lock the mortgage rate at the lowest historic rate in history, they didn’t, and cost me $100’s of 1000’s over life time of loan. Avoid this place if you want to save $ and not have to hear insanity."
