"For some reason this Starbucks is always low on whip cream l, chocolate syrup, crumble etc…… majority of toppings for seasonal beverages and traditional beverages. I rarely tend to leave low reviews, but every time I come here they’re always out of something and I always have to change what I’m gonna get. If it’s not one beverage it’s the other."
"Two girls that are usually there on Saturday’s have the worst customer service. They seemed angry at you because they get your order wrong. They act like they don’t want to work there. If you are in a rush don’t go there. Today is 8/19 12:17 pm"
"If I could give this place 0 starts I would, the costumer service was HORRIBLE, they displayed extremely unpleasant behavior thought out interaction. They couldn’t even bother to get my order right and I could hear them mumbling with the most horrible faces. I would much rather take the drive to the one on south ridge, Starbucks like these make me want to get coffee at Dunkin’ or even McDonalds and that’s saying a lot."
"Terrible service its the second time the first there were two employees on the clock and they couldn't serve because their "trainer" was in lunch they said come back in an hour .......and today i walk in and they have one person and they literally closed because" its too much for her" if they are not gona open the business close it!!! its a waste of hours is she doesn't want to work go somewhere else.......They need to hire more people and need better service"
