"I have ordered a bowl of salad, which did not come with knife to cut vegetables. When i asked the lady, she ignored me and delivered to other customers. When i asked her three times, she threw a knife out of counter without plastic wrap into my paper bag. When i insisted a clean one, she threw a folk into my paper bag. Apparently she doesn’t want to provide basic service . She should be fired. Maybe today is her last day!"

"Twice I have ordered for delivery directly through this app . My food does not show up. And the best answer they have is they can cancel my order. This time they gave me the drivers number who claimed he didn't pick up my food. No effort to get my order to me, no appology for not getting my order to me. How hard can it be for them to remake an order and get it delivered?"

"This Panera Bread restaurant is located inside the Westchester Medical Center, but it doesn't have a hospital vibe. The food is delicious, and the self ordering menu is clear and simple. The place is very clean and organized. The waiting time is minimal, and they have plenty of tables and chairs right by the lobby and outdoors."

"I had a very delicious and filling bowl of oatmeal. After 3 weeks of rehab facility food, this was a happy moment. Lovely combination of fruits, spices and quality!!! Oatmeal. Much appreciated and highly recommended if you’ve been on the ‘inside’ for awhile! There are some concerns noted about prices. I’ve been abroad for 22 years so everything seems expensive! I wonder if Panera might consider allocating some of its profits from this location ( I imagine it is a very profitable location) to WMC charities."

"Poor customer service. I mean the two Latinos in the front desk were courteous, but they failed not giving me a purchase receipt. They have to ask if the customer wants a receipt. The white woman bringing the food always act as a machine, not as a human being. Come on, guys! You’ve been doing badly for long time. It seems that the store supervisor isn’t not doing his or her job. Come on guys, give me a break. A lot of people out there needing a job and you aren’t value yours. Finally, Panera store in this hospital needs competency, to show them how to offer a food service at high value."
