"Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders."
"They're always nice and helpful, but they aren't familiar with mocha almond fudge cause they gave me something other than that."

"Never really had a problem here. Staff is always helpful and polite. Place is always kept clean. I like the waiting area with the comfortable chairs. Really nice touch. Food is typically good. Never tastes unfresh."
"Their food is terrible. Their coffee is acceptable. The location is pretty good (right off 9A). This DD location is better then most in the area but that's not saying much."
