"This was my second visit to this store. The first, last month, I shopped around the store and felt uncomfortably watched the whole time. Nobody greeted me when I entered the store, I was only greeted by and spoke with one employee halfway through my visit. This unfortunately was the same experience I had for my visit this week. This is the only location I’ve experienced this. On top of being watched by multiple employees like I was stealing, at checkout I had a coupon that specifically read “Save $3 when you purchase 3Hallmark cards $1.99 and above HOH 2023”. I picked out five cards and only one card cost less than $1.99. The associate at the counter would only take off $0.99 because that was my cheapest card. I tried disputing it and showed her exactly what the coupon stated, and even after acknowledging it, she would only take off the $.99 and not the $3 I was meant. Its not the price that bothers me, it’s the point that you should listen to the customer. I’ve worked for hallmark so I can say firsthand I know how stores like these should treat their customers. Never have been treated the way I have been here. I will not be returning to this location. 2 stars since I was still able to get the cards I needed."
