"I went through the drive through & I have to say I was very disappointed with the manager of this Dunkin donut . The staff was trying to do her job and the manager was addressing some issue with her while she was trying to take my order . The staff kept telling her to please stop but the manager kept on reprimanding her in front of me and there were other people behind me . . You could see the staff was getting upset and seemed uncomfortable with the situation. That is not the way to address a situation with one of your staff. There should be a time and a place for that in a private setting & not in front of customers !!! Very inappropriate!!!"
