"I had a very good experience with this agent until we parted ways and wanted others to have more information before deciding on other reviews like I had done. The agent here has been sympathetic and accommodating for years but when the premium rose more than 50% we were paying initially (with no accidents even), I knew it was time to start looking. I let them know the reason for my wanting to change was based on the premium and not their service. They made the process so unprofessional and difficult. In short, they stopped returning my phone calls or email requests and did not make any effort to solve our issue with cancelling our policy or the refund (for months!). I created a complaint with AllState, and I hope that plus this review will help them treat their clients more fairly, because my numerous attempts to resolve the issue with them unfortunately did not."
