"I travel the country and go to multiple Starbucks everywhere never any trouble except this one I gave it another chance and it failed. Today I waited so long for a breakfast sandwich I had to cancel it and leave hungry, The kid doing sandwiches had no idea what he was doing I was watching him and after 10 minutes he still never got to make my sandwich very disappointing I’m freaking starving I won’t go here again"

"I visited the drive through and I am always beautifully greeted by Shulli. She is always so helpful and a wonderful member of the team at Starbucks. I always feel so welcomed when I visit and she’s there! Keep Shining Shulli✨"

"This was my first time at this location and I’d give it zero stars if I could. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years and I certainly won’t be coming back to this particular location. 1st, my order was late even though I placed it at least 20 mins ago on the app. After standing there for a while, I asked an associate if their mobile ordering system is working. Without taking down my order number or name AND looking at me or acknowledging me in any way, she said that the system is working, however, there are a lot of orders and hence the delay. 2nd, after waiting 20 mins for my order, I find out that they made BOTH my coffee wrong. There wasn’t even a simple ‘I’m sorry’ after I told them that. They Re-made my order and the coffee cups were as messy as they possibly can be. Both my arms were literally dripping with coffee till I walked to my car. So yeah, won’t be returning here. This was such a contradictory experience from a Starbucks. Every time I walk into a Starbucks, the associates’ behavior usually makes my day."

"This truly is the Walmart of Starbucks…They tend to have 6-8 employees working and yet it takes 15-20 minutes (at times longer) to get your drink. And it doesn’t matter how you order. I’ve placed mobile pick up orders 15 minutes before getting there. I get there and still have to wait 10 minutes. I go through the drive-through with 4 cars in front of me, it takes 20 minutes for them to get through that (brief) line. I place an order inside the café: it takes them 10 minutes to acknowledge your presence and an additional 15 to get your order. These are just the slowest, most inept workers known to man."

"This Starbucks has got to be the worst Starbucks I have been to. 9 out of ten times that have made our drinks wrong where I have had to go to another Starbucks to have them remake it. Today when I ordered my pumpkin Frappuccino ten minutes before they closed they made it wrong again. I quickly turned back into the driveway but they had already locked the window five minutes before closing time. I knocked on the window nicely to get there attention the lady stared at me. Mind you they just saw me come through and made my drink I was showing them through the window. Then another guy came to the window and ignored me again. Until they finally realized I wasn’t leaving and opened the window"
