"The tea I was given this evening was filled to the brim with scalding hot water that began to leak out as soon as the person in the Drive-Thru window handed it to me and in turn flooded the coffee cup holder that I quickly placed it into to stop my hand from being burnt. I know that tea requires hot water but is it necessary to fill the cup to the brim? I can't help but feel that it was done maliciously because I can't believe that somebody would be that ignorant. This is exactly why I prefer going to Cumberland farms and making my own coffee for less than half the price."
"I came to pick up a mobile ordered coffee here. It turned out that I’d accidentally ordered it from another DD that I use across town. They were kind enough to make me the coffee anyway so that I wouldn’t have to spend my whole lunch break driving there. Thank you!"
"Slow service + a staff that will see you standing there for 10 minutes waiting for your order & won't even ask as to what you are waiting on. Will never return & don't recommend anyone unless you don't mind waiting excessively long for your order"
