Angela is very knowledgeable, attentive, and scrupulous. She went well beyond what was asked of her to help me. I was in tears when I called because I needed to solve a sudden predicament with my mortgage company regarding the refinancing process, which was strangely intertwined with my existing home insurance plan. Not only she calmed me down and was able to sort through my problem- she actually solved it for me because she understood where the error was when nobody else had - but afterwards combed through my insurance plan with me to help me identify its weaknesses and prepare a list of questions for my insurance agent so that I could strengthen the product I was paying for.
