"From Marguerite, the service agent, to the two delivery men, I was very pleased. I live in a NYC co-op with very strictly enforced rules. Marguerite provided the necessary completed insurance documents that I had forwarded to her well in advance. I made sure that my superintendent had everything. Delivery was well within the appointed hours. Considering traffic and parking where I live, there were no anticipated difficulties. Everything was easily set where I directed within 20 minutes. Where problems were anticipated, I was glad that things went so well.."

"Highly unprofessional service with very poor customer service. I was suppose to get a couch delivered on Friday. I came back from night shift and waited for them to deliver the couch. They supposedly called me 10 times when the couch was suppose to be here. But I was waiting at home and I have no missed calls. When I called to ask them about it. They said someone came and called you which clearly did not happen. Then I asked them if it could possibly be delivered today and they told me my imagination in not a reality and cut the call. Would never recommend this service to anyone. Very disappointment. Companies like this should not exist and should at least have to the courtesy to accept the mistake. The next day I tried to call the company and they asked me to leave a voice message and they would call me back. I have been waiting all day to get that supposed phone call"

"I had an appointment scheduled this morning 10:00 - 1:00 PM. I was on my way to meet my very elderly sick mother as this was a gift for mother’s day and wanted to be in the house prior to the delivery. The delivery truck got there at 9:15 AM and I wasnt able to get to the house by this time. I had someone with my mother and the delivery person knocked on the door, my friend told them they can’t come into the house until I arrived and they forced their way in regardless and nearly knocked my friend over. She couldn’t stop them. My elderly mother was coming out of the bathroom when this occurred. I wanted to make sure my mother was in a safe part of the house before anyone enters. The delivery people did not take off their shoes, nor were they wearing face masks. If my mother gets sick, I will fully blame RF Delivery for this. In addition, they scratched the wood floor when they moved the table to place the chair. They did not leave any receipt and quickly left the house. I am considering to call the police as they entered the house without consent. I tried to call the company but they didn’t answer. Please be aware of this company when buying from Lazyboy or any other furniture company that uses them for delivery."
