"UPS driver was supposed to deliver a a shipping label today and take a package. The driver arrived,neve never got out of the truck to knock on our door to give us the shipping label or take the package that was to be shipped. The driver started the truck and left."

"Ups claims to have delivered my package a week ago, a gift for my nieces graduation party. I was told that the driver would call me yesterday morning...still waiting. No way this can be reprinted and sent in time for her party ups responds to this review by suggesting i chat on their facebook page. Useless. They kept insisting that I needed to contact the shipper. No. The shipper did their job, and shipped the package. I PAID for the shipping. Everyone did their jobs, EXCEPT UPS. You LOST the package, you FIND it! Update: 3rd day in a row customer service said someone will call me from the hudson facility...crickets"

"Terrible. Having an event this weekend and the driver dropped off a package I need for the event at an address over an hour away. The solution given by UPS was file a claim and wait 5-8 business days for a solution. How hard is it to read an address or even a city on a box?"

"UPS has gotten to be very inefficient. Literally takes double the time as any other carrier. I specifically ask for other carriers now when ordering items. This last time I didn't realize my order was being shipped with UPS and is taking 8 days. At that speed I guess it's coming by bicycle and not on a truck. And on top of that they never finish the job anyway. 9 times out 10 my packages are transferred to usps for final delivery."

"If I didn't drive out of my driveway I would have never known my package was delivered. They left it by the road, on the other side of my driveway, opposite side of my mailbox. I have a 150 foot driveway to my house with a porch because it is raining out, and garage.we get deliveries all the time at the house. Someone was being lazy, I guess. We even get big trucks."
