"I just visited the Norwalk DHL service center and opposed to what another reviewer said. They indeed had a full service customer center at this location and the woman who helped me was friendly, polite and courteous. Was very pleased with my visit."
"We went to drop off a package after confirming location on their website. We drove around the whole building and EVERY door said “must be authorized to enter.” There was no visible front door, entrance or drop off location of any kind. Such a bummer!"

"Package was suppose to be delivered at my resident and when it didn’t come I looked on the site to see that they stated they try to deliver but from my camera footage shows the driver pulled up but never got out the vehicle very unprofessional. I contact DHL about my item I was given the opportunity to pick up my package when was put the way. No the next day go to get my item the customer service that was provided was and epic fail no hello how are and how can I help you it was more so with an attitude what do you need and hold on let me find it. This took place in 8/30/23 at 12:39 eastern standard time."
