"I had a delivery scheduled for December 6, and I took the morning off work to be home for it. They didn’t come, didn’t call, didn’t email. They also did not respond to two calls and two emails for more than a week."

"Honestly the whole process was awful. Pilot stated that my item would be delivered on 11/30, and warned me on 11/29 that I would be getting a scheduling call. On 11/30 at 10 AM I still didn't receive a scheduling call. I called and spoke with them to understand what was going on. They told me to contact another company for more information. (Apparently, they deliver the item to a 3rd party to handle the shipping). They gave the shipment to this 3rd party on 11/29. And the 3rd party sends out the packages on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Luckily 11/30 happened to be a Tuesday, except, they didn't include the item on the truck and scheduled me for a Friday delivery. This has taking an obnoxious amount of time for me to get my product, and now I have to wait 3 more days, after making sure I was available at the scheduled delivery time. The 3rd party company that I spoke to was very rude and curt in all of their responses to me. They seemed to care very little about customer service and helping make the customer happy. Honestly, will avoid using Pilot Freight in the future, just a bad time overall."

"They lost my elliptical and never even called to let me know so. I waited at home and lost out on work to wait for this thing. When I finally called them they kept giving me the run around. Finally a manager named Mario calls and tells me he's taking over to make sure I get my package. That on Monday or Tuesday the package will be a few towns over and he will call to let me know and set up another delivery date. It's now Thursday and haven't heard a peep. Very unprofessional throughout. I messaged Walmart and they flat out told me the package is lost and issued me a refund. Would not recommend to anyone"
