PM Pediatric Urgent Care

"I will say the staff was okay HOWEVER I brought my son in on Sunday 1/7/24 and I understand it’s the season but we waited for a very long time, just to be seen for about 10 minutes my at the time 4 months old son way evaluated very quickly, we were told he had a 101.2 fever but overall he was fine monitor fever and follow up with pediatrician , ears clear and chest. Well that same night my son went up to a 103.1 fever. Even with their recommended amount of Tylenol. I ended up having to go at 6am to the ER with him where I was told not only did he have a DOUBLE ear infection but that he had RSV. My son had to be admitted to the hospital, this was a serious misdiagnosis my now 5 month old son had a SEIZURE. Had to be put up to an IV due to dehydration. This place clearly has an apparent history of rushing evaluations as it was literally hours later that he spiked this high after being told it was okay to go home that he was healthy overall. Had they throughly evaluated him they would had caught that he was not clear chest wise nor were his ears okay. I am horrified as a first time mother that my child is in the hospital and could have gotten treatment sooner and possibly avoided his seizure had they evaluated correctly and throughly they did not even test him for anything and just said he could possibly have the flu. I will never come back or use PMPediatrics ever again, this was my first and ONLY time and I cannot say I can recommend anybody to take their child here."

"I normally don’t do reviews but I was here about two weeks ago for my son’s cough. All I got from the doctor was that she was not a lung specialist, did not check my son at all and sent me abuterol for his nebulizer.. today as i write this December 4th my son is home with a really bad cough and a 103.5 fever..I took my son back to pm in Queens Ny December 3rd with his fever and cough and they did not test him for anything covid, flu etc. They also did not give any antibiotic I was told his lymph nodes are swollen and that he is fighting something I could be wrong but I feel like he needed to be tested and if negative for certain things they should have gave and antibiotic.. I will never use pm again."

"Thank God for PM pediatric! Love this location. They always have availability, are so helpful and the nurses/doctors care so much about your child. I honestly prefer to take my kids here than their own pediatrician. I skip the long wait and these doctors honestly show their concern about your child no matter how big or small the problem is. Definitely recommend!"

"First off, I will say all of the staff was welcoming and friendly and we were in and out very quickly. However, we recently went in with my son and he was quickly evaluated and sent home noting nothing to worry about just to monitor fevers for a few days. Well, we took him to our pediatrician today who was absolutely baffled that they didn’t run any type of tests. We were sent to the ER from the pediatrician to find out that he has RSV. This is a friendly reminder to ask for testing if you aren’t comfortable with what you’re told. We weren’t even offered any type of viral work up."
