"They are a unreliable company who are 40 min or more late or don't come at all. I've called for a cab the other day I was hung up on and lied to I asked to speak with owner after I was hung up on and lied to several times the driver said sure and just hangs up again making me very late for work because they were a no show. If you ask me my opinion your better off walking or calling a different company who will treat you with respect, seriousness, and get you were you need to go ON TIME. On the loose express is once again unreliable.... ik from several experiences."

"At 12:30pm I called for a taxi to pick me up at 1:30pm at my home. I told them I was going to the train station for a 2pm train. The man seemed to have a hard time understanding English but he repeated my address (even the cross street) and 1:30 so I though I was good. At 1:35 no one was there, so I called and asked how much longer. The guy acted as if it was the first time I had called! He was like, "oh, it's going to be another 15-20 minutes" I told him that was ridiculous and I would find someone else. Don't call these guys if you need to be somewhere on time."
