"This is why Uber and lyft is beating you. You said 10 minutes and after 28 minutes the car car finally arrived. Almost missed my train, terrible service. I called an hour before to confirm you’d have a car available and you said yes. Also called you countless times after the 10 minute mark and you started to ignore my calls after giving out incorrect times first."
