"This company is very very dishonest and a bunch of liars. We booked a ticket for a round trip to Block Island on Labor Day Weekend. When we got there, we were told only those who had a "priority" ticket would be allowed because they had change the boat and get a smaller boat due to mechanical issues. This was a complete LIE since I have been on the same boat multiple times. Certainly, here's a sample negative review for a ferry service I recently had the misfortune of using this ferry company for a trip, and it was a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about what they might encounter. 1. **Oversold Tickets:** Right from the beginning, it was clear that the company's priority was profit, not customer satisfaction. They oversold the tickets, resulting in an overcrowded and uncomfortable journey. It's unacceptable to compromise passengers' comfort for the sake of a few extra bucks. 2. **False Claims:** What infuriated me the most was the blatant dishonesty. The company falsely claimed that they had to change the boat, but it was the same old vessel I had taken on previous trips. This deceitful tactic was a slap in the face to loyal customers who deserved better treatment. 3. **Poor Customer Service:** When I attempted to address these issues with their customer service, I was met with indifference and a lack of empathy. It's as if they had no regard for passenger satisfaction or the integrity of their service. 4. **Inadequate Policies:** this company also needs to revisit its policies. They seem more interested in squeezing as much money as possible out of passengers than in providing a pleasant and reliable travel experience. The lack of transparency in their policies is deeply concerning. I strongly advise anyone considering using this Ferry Company Name to think twice. There are plenty of other ferry services that prioritize honesty, customer comfort, and satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid these dishonest operators at all costs. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when choosing a ferry service. My experience with this Ferry Company was nothing short of a letdown, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did."

"Good service and amazing staff. The facilities are minimal at best on either end of the trip. The boats are well kept and clean."

"BRING YOUR PORTABLE CHARGER! There are no USB/C ports, only several wall outlets. Passengers were nearly tripping over cables plugged into the outlets that are located on the bottom of several walls. On Block Island, I saw several people walk into stores, looking to purchase portable chargers. BRING MOTION SICKNESS MEDICATION AS WELL! The ferry sold out of it, so my traveling companion had to purchase some on island. She got sick despite the gentle ride. The Bloody Mary's were tasty and strong, the crew including the bartenders was pleasant, the restrooms were spotless, and the ride was smooth. The four stars is because the ferry left New London 42 minutes late due to mechanical troubles."

"Great ferry once you get on. Be advised just because you have a ticket for a time does not mean you will get on. If people missed the previous ferry they let those people on as well which means you could get left out if your at the end of the line. Get there 45 minutes to 1 hour before departure to be safe"
