"I was checking in the Branford Goodwill probably once a month but I never can find much of anything in women’s xl and they don’t have a tall , petite , or average height section. Clothing is mixed up ( could be from customers not putting things back in the proper sizes sections to be fair BUT NOT every time I go in .. Store looks on the dirty side and smell is unpleasant ex. Old musty , somewhat dirty clothing smells. Some of these clothes should have been thrown out and not even put out for sale ! Overpriced for stained and poor condition clothing. In the glassware , kitchen area , pots , pans etc. should have been thrown out. I was appalled at the conditions and overpriced junk actually. Goodwill mangers or whomever is in charge of this store don’t seem to care about the store , their customers and what their staff puts out to sell. Customer service is not very good at THIS Branford Goodwill and the prices for donated clothing and other things I would have thrown out ! I stopped going here because it never got better and the clothing could be bought new in a reasonable department store for a couple more dollars on many things Cashier is rude , younger girl under 25 and acts as if the customers are a bother! Very disappointing Goodwill and I would not waste my time or recommend."
