"Makes you wait 40min to an hour past your appointment to be seen by a doctor or called into room. But sick patients get ushered in an out quickly. My daughter’s first appointment here (she was a week old) they had us sit in our car in the July heat and humidity for 30mind before they had us come for our appointment. I have 3 kids that go here. This place has never been 5 stars and just has been going way downhill for the past 8 years. Edit: called to speak to a nurse about sick 6mo old on a Tuesday morning. Was on hold 10mins (was first in que) to have answering service pick up and take a message to call me back. They also have shut down their sick call line and are sending all calls to a call center. What kind of practice is this! It has never been this bad. 10mins on hold to just get ignore and hung up on. This is a business that deals with sick infants and children. Why not have more people answering the phones Instead of shutting down the call line. I recommend people not to take their kids here, and honestly have been looking for a new Pediatrician for my kids."

"Please make sure you tell them to give you notice before they ditch you. When you call for your sick child and they say they don’t want to start a whole new health problem with your child because she will be growing out of the practice and they just ditch you there on the phone without any notice and tell you to go to Urgent Care for any problems before you find a new doctor for her, that is a horrible way to run a practice!! It took a LONG time to find a doctor that is not only taking new clients and can take your insurance but also gives you a first appointment within 6 months time. My daughter went months with no primary and after going to urgent care and to specialists they tell you to follow up with your primary physician and want to know where to send the records to but there was no where to send them. Don’t let your child go months with a lapse of care like they did to us. Very stressful, uncalled for, unprofessional and very unethical to ditch your patient after they’ve been going there their whole life. And when I went to the office to get copies of records, which I had to pay for, I mentioned this and no care in the world. Got the brush off and the lady just said “I don’t know who told you that”. And that was it. No accountability either. I liked this practice all these years so it really hurt when my daughter was ditched during a VERY rough time. Definitely start looking for a new physician WAY ahead of time because they WILL suddenly ditch you no matter what your medical history is apparently. Good luck!"

"I took my daughter today for a sick visit. We saw Dr. Nielan (our first time seeing him) and he was great. We never felt rushed during our visit and he answered all of our questions . His nurse and staff were very nice as well. We didn’t have to wait much to be seen. I will definitely continue to recommend this place."

"Called to make my daughter an appointment, was told that because she has not been seen since 2020 she was made inactive, asked to see their office policy on how long between appointments before you are considered inactive and could not be provided this information. Was told she would be considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients, website shows that they are accepting new patients. Website also states that they are seeing patients up to the age of 21- was told this is not true either. This office has been my daughters pediatrician since she was 2, and I never had an issue with them- I guess things have changed...."
