"Don't even sign your kids up, TOO MANY PATIENTS TOO LITTLE DOCTORS. YOU WILL WAIT MONTHS TO SEE A DOCTOR. Literally expect to just book your yearly appt and that's it. You never see the same doctor either. Seems DRS are in and out of this place. Their call center is ALWAYS RUDE AND WANNA BE KNOW IT ALLS. Been calling for like a month or two for various health issues between my 2 children and they literally tell me to go to ER and urgent care FOR NON EMERGENCY ISSUES. My children deserve and hold the right to see their primary care Dr in a sensible time frame, we should not be directed to the ER and urgent care for non emergency issues. That's why people are sitting in there for hours on end, because people are being sent their for nonemergency issue. Update: we are a month later and I'm still fighting for my children to see a doctor. Just got another call that they will not be seeing my children once again saying no available appointments"

"This is probably by far the WORST place you can bring your kids. Let’s not talk about how dirty the inside is and how everything is broken. The doctors don’t really care. If I could give it a ZERO star I would !!!"

"This place is a nightmare. We almost never saw the same doctor so we had to share our daughters life story every single time we went, it felt like they didn't keep very well records. Dr. Chrystal Wittcop threatened to call CPS because our child was underweight, while we were complying to all directions they gave us, going in and seeing them every 2 weeks (or more), keeping records at home of all her bowel movements and meals, and getting various tests done! We went to the hospital and it turned out for MONTHS the ONLY thing she needed was high calorie formula! Ridiculous! They also barely had any information about vaccines. We wanted to know more about the vaccines before they were given, they continously pushed and pressured to vaccinate without giving us without educating us on them. They really lacked consistency, empathy, and understanding. The only doctor we saw who made us feel comfortable, was personable, and had the solid traits of a good doctor was Carolyn S. Goldstein. She was the only doctor who said positive things about our baby, she said she was doing exceptional. She also didnt like that we were being bounced around and made sure we would only be seeing her from now on.. If you do go here I highly recommend her. I think if we had her from day one our experience there would have been fenominal and our newborn wouldn't have had to go through so much. The nurses and receptionist were amazing and treated us exceptionally each time we went."

"Pay close attention of what the doctors are doing to your child, my newborn got her first physical and the doc shoved his finger in her mouth twice without any gloves on. And they don't care how in distress your baby is they will not comfort your baby before giving the vaccine... Some doctors don't care."

"They have great doctors, but the front desk attitude and effort to help is horrendous. Anything you ask for takes days to accomplish. Something as simple as jus getting a clearance to play sports is a headache, and thats just a date and signature from any person working in the office. I call my other kids PCP and things get done the same day this place takes days to a week for anything. If you need paperwork ASAP this place sucks."
