"Sat for 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I decided to ask how much longer the wait was and was told another 20 minutes and I could reschedule if needed. So if I didn't ask someone wouldn't have thought to update me?! I'm thinking how inconsiderate to not let me know there's such a delay when I'm sitting with a newborn baby. And just to tell me to reschedule after this was my 2nd time rescheduling because their system sends a text when you call in to make an appointment which allows you to book online and their system double booked. So many inconveniences. Definitely don't waste your time with them."
