"I went to this location and had a very unpleasant experience. I purchased 3 rolls of circuit cut paper and returned them because I purchased the wrong size. The first employee walked off the register and refused to help me. This man had red hair. The second person refused to originally exchange the merchandise because I didn't have a store card or receipt. Please keep in mind the two items totalled up to 13.00. I asked the clerk if he could provide me with store credit so I can exchange the product for a more expensive. It was such an hassle for both employees to help. This store is not friendly to people of color, I was treated as if I stole the product. This was a horrible experience. The other clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very sad that racism is still happening in our state, please take shop business elsewhere if you are a person of color."
"If you need to get something framed, this place is great. While framings can get very expensive with all the options added on ($200-350+), the final product will come out very nice. They claim there are "sales" for framing, but it sounds a bit suspect since there's always some type of discount available. The turn around time for framing is about 2 weeks."
