"Leaving this review for my father (who is close to 70). He went into Bosley for a free consultation and was told that he was a candidate for hair replacement surgery. Did all the paperwork, paid his deposit, and scheduled his surgery in the NYC office. He took the day off from work, drove and took the train into the city (3+ hours), got really excited to finally have hair, etc. Went into the office and was almost immediately told that he was not a candidate for the surgery. The salesman took one look at my father and I could see the look on his face, realizing this guy was lied to. Catherine at the Bosley in Hartford, CT was the person who wasted everyone's time, money, and hopes. I'm not sure if she is incompetent or was just looking to make a sale, but she was 100% wrong!! The staff in NYC let my father down as easy as as they could, but you could tell they were embarrassed/disappointed that this person was lied to and given false hope, and my father was crushed. Catherine needs to be held accountable for her actions."
