"The women who run this office properly (LPN Rebecca, Front desk Jossalyn, MA Kelly) are all extremely amazing, helpful and always extremely welcoming (to all ethnicities). The NP Joan Becht on the other hand, treated me (a patient) as if I was a burden, ignored all of my serious concerns and serious pain as if I was making it all up after being hospitalized for serious reasons. I’ve had a migraine for almost two months and excruciating pain and she straight up told me “I don’t treat headaches” so what do you treat? The most rude doctor I have EVER seen, and would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. Do NOT see Joan Becht NP."
