MATLICK GARRETT is my primary care doctor he is so wonderful always supports me and he is very professional wouldn’t not want to trade him for anyone, as for the staff EVELYN the receptionist is amazing she was very helpful thanks to her I got what o asked for which was a reliever and MELISSA ROBINSON the nurse was very professional and took time to listen to me and it felt good to know she cared. I had a hard time with a receptionist guy who hung up on me earlier that day and a female named adriana was not helpful at all and I really didn’t get enough information which really sucks because my child was not feeling well with a fever ! But other than that I still received good service being with these good people here. And"

"I had an appointment with a doctor there at 4:00 pm. I arrive a couple minutes earlier. However, I had to wait an hour to get attended. I waited about 30 minutes in the lobby and 30 minutes in the room, waiting for the doctor. When the doctor arrives, she doesn’t do the correct procedure she’s supposed to. In fact, the procedure only took about 10 minutes since it was so quick, which I’m pretty sure… it’s not supposed to be. Apart from that she orders a blood exam. I have to go to the first floor to get it. When I go to the first floor it’s 4:45. The guy says “oh I’m done” When they close at 5:00 pm. He couldn’t do my blood test because….? I’m a student and I’m in my 20’s. This is the medical plan I can afford, if not I would’ve went to another site. It’s sad to accept that after so many bad reviews you think this place would do better. ITS A MEDICAL BUILDING. Do better… Very sad and disappointing is the least. Shame."

"I just had the worst experience ever in this clinic. I went with my little sister (she’s 14) and the first thing the doctor does is start asking question, question that didn’t involve why my sister was in the clinic (we made an appointment because she had a really bad rash) after asking unnecessary questions and being really rude not only to me but my sister as well she decided to make a comment about my sisters acne, which in that moment I knew it made her feel bad. At the end we left, the doctor didn’t even bother to look at my sister’s rashes and told us to make another appointment. We’re not coming back to this place, when we left my sister started crying uncontrollably because of how this doctor made her feel."

"Was told they only had less than 20 mins to help upon arriving about 25 mins early to make sure my I got in ok. Was my First visit, doctor did not help with issue. Keeps telling me to take painkillers. First time there no bed side manner or treatment. Not worth time or insurances money or your copay."

"Such a beautiful clinic, providers are very helpful, but the staff over the phone are terrible. I called to schedule a NP appointment with diabetes urgent symptoms, Jessica completely disregarded my concerns and wanted to get my demographics despite me asking if she can please tell me when was the soonest appointment as I may just have to go to the ER and not establish for now. Not to mention that she is very rude. Would hate to have her representing my organization. May was helpful, but gave me an appointment date and time, two hours later I received a text message with a different date and time after I had requested my time off. I spoke with Sophie in hopes that she can help get the original date that I thought was being offered, not only was she dismissive, she didn't not listen nor she cared to understand or cared to fix her colleagues error. She made it worse by saying that my original appointment was only scheduled for an in person conversation with the doctor and that my symptoms will not be treated . She offered a tele visit for one day, and to see the doctor that I was scheduled with the following day. I don't think she understood when I told her that I also work in the medical field and that I am unable to take two consecutive days off in that event. I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to being a patient."
