"Purchased Beats headphones for my wife and went in knowing nothing about them other than they can be pricey. The staff were extremely tentative and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They answered all of my questions and remained patient with me while I went back and forth about a dozen times debating on which pair would suit her needs best. The sales rep ultimately convinced me to purchase a mid-priced model as it more than exceeded her needs. Turned out it was an excellent purchase and these were the right headphones because she hasn't taken them off since! To make my experience even more pleasant, I've gotten peace and quiet for the duration of the time those headphones are on! Lol-give these guys a raise!"

"Place is a joke. 3 people couldn't even point me in the right direction for a product and neither were right. Eventually found what I needed on my own. When i asked for assistance looking for a car stereo was told "Not my area" as they walked away, didn't even attempt to find someone who worked that section to help. And people wonder why people shop online instead of in stores..."

"Be careful with Black Friday sale. Wanted to purchase Samsung Flip phone and there were 2 Samsung vested employees to assist me. When I went to the Best Buy employee, I noticeed that the sale price was $529 for the Flip phone but when she shows me the current sale it is $799 . She explains that the display is different than the sale ticket. If you look at the fine print it says Flip phone 4 not Flip phone 5. She says there were no Flip phone 4's available. It is very deceptive. Even the Samsung vested employees were confused. The sign was still there when I left and had to tell a customer who was looming at the phonesabout the misleading presentation."
