"If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Mendez is absolutely horrible! I don't suggest anyone go see her. My child called saying she felt suicidal and needed her meds changed. The Dr called in the SAME meds and told her she'd call at 9 the next morning. She NEVER called. Throughout the time my daughter has been there it's been nothing but HELL. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this quack!!"

"Everything was good in the beginning and now it’s just gone down hill, she doesn’t return phone calls, her voicemail box is always full and she doesn’t even send in your medication like she is supposed to, and she missed my appointment and didn’t bother to send a text or call back, she decided to call the next day with a lame excuse for missing my appointment. mental health is very very critical and you shouldn’t have to wait days on days for your medication to be sent in. She needs to add on more psychiatrists if she can’t do this by herself or stop taking new clients. I found a new psychiatrist this week and already had my first appointment today plus got my meds and that’s how it should be. I have reported Dr.Mendez to my insurance so I suggest you find a new psychiatrist like me and run from this doctor she is very very unprofessional."

"I have never had such a horrible experience with a medical office. This office was completely unorganized with scheduling, canceled my appointment last minute. They didn’t return my calls, including a message I left regarding a medication they prescribed that never got sent to my pharmacist. I left 3 messages, all without a call back. Completely unprofessional, including the provider. I do not recommend."

"Dr. Mendez Did not show up to 2 phone appointments I had scheduled within a week with her. She also AVOIDED ALL my calls for a week regarding me needing my medications refilled only taking messages that were NEVER returned. Needless to say she didn't fill them for me. She continues to avoid me as her patient. I would NOT recommend her if you suffer from any Mental health condition."

"Dr. Mendez is the only psych doctor in the area I trust. She has expressed time and again through her actions that she cares about her patient's quality of life--she isn't willing to prescribe medications that don't improve her patient's overall quality of life, and is as diligent as she is knowledgeable with the medications she prescribes. She is still taking patients, so if you are reading this act quickly. There are very few doctors of this quality currently accepting new patients."
