"Was on a waiting list for almost three months, finally got a call from their receptionist Jessica saying that I would be able to come for my first appointment. She scheduled me an appointment for an afternoon when I begged for a morning or evening appointment (because I worked night shift, and had a hearing disability) Refused to give me any accommodations and then told me that if I missed the appointment, I would most likely not be given a second chance. My anxiety made me call and cancel appointment, I will never refer anyone to this place, who obviously doesn't care about mental health."

"Be careful what you say to these people. Especially Allison, she was always prying for something to report to DCF. She was the most inexpierenced and deceptive therapist I have ever have. All she wanted was for me to go to support groups so that they could charge my insurance. None of her therapy was helpful. Also, the management will rudely call and insult clients to cover up their weaknesses, keep insisting you have to stay in their flawed treatment system and report you to the authorities for the smallest of infractions (so insignificant I wasn't even contacted by anyone from dcf and they still continued to defend their therapist's ridiculous accusations). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone having real life problems, because they will only make them worse!"
