"I was at this practice for 4 years. Initially they were great, until I needed important documentation. I was treated terribly multiple times. The office manager is rude and unprofessional. She was more concerned with 90's day at the office than anything I needed.the doctor was no better. I was unable to get my correct medical information and had to leave the practice so I went to New Insight and they helped me.they are excellent!!I intend on reporting Vision Associates . I will never go there and neither should you. Grossly Unprofessional and obnoxious. No stars. Patient's are not valued."
