"I was a patient here for 5 years and I never had any problem with not of them. They all treating me very good and friendly. I loved the staff there. Unfortunately the doctor retired and I end up in the worth place in meriden . I and searching for a new doctor again. Sucks!!"
"My son and I have seen both Mathew Balanda and Dr. Randolph for several years. They are always very thorough during visits! I never feel rushed they always take time to answer our questions. All of the nurses are wonderful!! The ladies in the front are always helpful scheduling our appointments around my busy schedule. My only complaint is the last appointment is at 4p and now that I work until 5p appointments are difficult to squeeze in. I wish they were open later even one night a week or Saturdays."
"Not a fan of Dr. Christopher Randolph that works at this practice. His examination is thorough, which was pleasant to see. But he gets unnecessarily combative when approaching certain subjects. Dismissive of other doctor's findings. Doesn't listen to the patient. Staff was nice but that's pretty much it."
"I was a patient for 3 years. Never late, never missed an appointment. I had to leave work early every time to get my allergy injection. One single time in three years I am late for my appointment due to work meeting. 7 minutes late. I called ahead and said I would be about 5 minutes late and they said okay. I was 7 minutes late and they refused to give me my injection because they wanted to leave. After three years of leaving work early to come get injections and never being late a single time they refuse to give me my injection. On top of that, I'm moving out of the state in a couple weeks so I can't postpone my injection. I told them this, and they don't even care. The doctors just don't care about the patients at all either. One time in three years and only 7 minutes."
"My daughter had an appointment today. I have to admit, I was very please with how professional and sufficient the staff is. My daughter saw Dr. Matthew and he made us feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything he said before leaving the office. Thank you! I know I’ll be making an appointment for myself soon."
