"My kids have fun and enjoy going here. Everyone is nice, but the main reason that I brought my daughter there to begin with was to get an evaluation, which they did but she's been two or three times now they haven't returned two of my phone calls and they haven't sat down to talk to me about their evaluation and what I need to do with my school to get the accommodations that she needs. I've told them in person that we need to sit down and talk about it but we still have not done that and they aren't returning my phone calls."
