"Horrible, sexist customer service. When a woman called to ask about a specific part number, the person that answered the phone would not give her info. They asked to speak to her husband. When they were told that they could speak to the woman, they said they didn't have the part without bothering to check."

"We had a repairman come and of course paid the service fee of $85 plus tax. We were told Bill the boss would call us that day but my husband had to call him and he kept telling us he would get back to us. It took a day and several calls to get an price which was very high for a part for an ice maker. I could buy a new ice maker for less. So I'm out $85 for aboutsley nothing but aggravation. So don't bother using this company!"

"Billy was very helpful in helping my husband resolve the issue with our dryer. It’s an old dryer, came with the house. We thought it was the knob because one day it wasn’t moving from more hot to less hot and eventually off. If just kept going/spinning and not getting very hot. Even though I clean the lint screen after each wash in that part it goes into there was a lot of lint. My husband cleaned out all the lint and tested various things. He thought something might have burnt out, maybe the sensors etc.… Billy told him what to do and to call him after he did. My husband did what he said and then called him back. Billy said ok come back here and he gave him what we needed to replace. Now it works and it was inexpensive. Thank you, Billy!!"
