"I got a kid in his 20’s on the phone,he was very rude on the phone but I needed the part so I blew it off.I arrived a 1/2 hour later to purchase the part and the kid was sitting down,I explained to him that I had just called a few minutes ago and he got a little snippy with me.The kid gets up and I noticed he had a disability and Instead of snapping on him I decided to let it go.As he picks the part I asked about the part to confirm and he told me that I should know what I wanted.I paid and walked out and will never return.Poor,Poor Customer Service!!"

"I have gone here twice (and about to go a third) once for a dryer and once for a gas oven. They are helpful extremely helpful and do not try to sell you parts you do not need. In fact for my dryer repair I insisted on both parts just in case even though he insisted it was just a fuse that was just a few bucks and not the $50+ no returnable part. Well my brother was coming to do the fix for me and the place was going to be closed and I figured it was better to be safe then sorry we’ll guess what. It was the $4 fuse. Listen to them. They know their stuff. Went back to figure out what was wrong with my oven and they walked me through a cheap repair because of it wasn’t that I was going to need a new oven but they wanted to try that repair first. It’s very refreshing to have this type of honesty and also quite sad that it so rare (this is coming from someone who comes from a family full of mechanics that has sadly had to deal with too many dishonest auto shops)"
