"I walked in there tonight just before closing (7:47 pm) after trying to get in at various times over the last 3 days and having to leave because of long waits. I opened the door and instead of saying hello, or thanks for coming in, but we aren't seeing any more patients tonight, the receptionist popped up and said "that door should have been locked" when I mentioned their posted hours were until 8 pm she said, "nope, we close at 7:45" and was dismissive and unhelpful. I've been here a few times before and find everyone to be quite rude and have twice been prescribed the wrong meds. Take your business elsewhere."

"HORRIBLE! Was seen by a PA (Janine Eladawy), she was not only dismissive but extremely patronizing. Came in with severe sinus pain and pressure, on 4th day of symptoms. Was told to wait until day 10 and then I could get an antibiotic for sinus infection. No sympathy or kindness at all knowing that Christmas is in 5 days. I understand what her thought process is, but her delivery and bedside manner need serious work."

Bobbi , the APRN who treated me was very thorough when answering all my questions.She explained everything to me in layman's terms. Her assistant who took the tests and my blood pressure was very kind and helpful. Within an hour of my visit I received a call at home from Bobbi with my results. I am very pleased with my visit to the Walk In. All the rooms were very clean. Do not hesitate to go there. You will be satisfied with the professionalism shown. Thank you ladies"

"I had a surprisingly good experience here! Was feeling sick for a few days and knew I wanted to be seen right away. I called first and was told to come on in, no appointment was necessary. The front desk was friendly and efficient. I was quickly taken back into a room and a provider came in to see me within minutes. The provider I saw was very friendly, spent a good amount of time with me and seemed thorough. A prescription was sent in, a summary print out was given to me and I was on my way. Quick and easy. I would come back again."
