"I've visited twice for free COVID testing and had a great experience both times. The first was 2 months ago and they made an appointment for me within just 2 hours. Today, I had another test but with the spike, it was very busy and they had no appointments for weeks. Fortunately, they are still taking walk-ins even if you are asymptomatic. The wait was very long (1.5-2 hours) but that is understandable with the recent spikes. Despite the stress of the situation, the staff was all professional, kind and compassionate. Results are returned within 1-2 days online."

"One of the only Walk-in Covid testing sites still accepting Walk-In's in New Haven. Arrived at 8:45 after visiting 2 walk in locations that have turned to appointment only with no warning. The "site manager" was outside directing flow- he was very nice and informative. Security also directs flow. The wait was about 1 hr 45 minutes but that was expected. Once you get in the door, you take your test immediately and are out the door. Everyone i interacted with was very professional."
