"I really like my PCP; Anna Graham is thorough, compassionate, and professional. My problem with CSHH lies with payment of my bill. I always have a copay, but they never collect my copay at the appointment. Instead, I see a bill on MyChart that does not allow me to pay it on the MyChart portal. Months after the appointment, I get an invoice through USPS, which gives a website, as if it is possible to pay the bill online. No such luck. The website refers you to a phone number only available during normal business hours. So, I am left to either wait on hold for who knows how long to submit my HSA card information for payment and then get another invoice months later showing the same outstanding balance, or entrust my HSA card information with the USPS when I send it by mail. YNHH makes it really easy to pay your bill via the MyChart portal. Why can't CSHH do the same?"

"If i had the power to divert an asteroid to this building I would consider it, being that its the home of their administrative office. Terrible customer service. I was made to feel guilty for trying to get seen by an ENT. a referral took over an month to go through and then they said "we can see you in 27 days". THE DOCS HERE ARE GREAT, but the business itself is so poorly ran. Then there's the issue with trying to pay your bill, they make it impossible. No one answers and the automated system doesn't work."

"I received my vaccination yesterday. I received a telephone call from the staff to confirm the time. I was taken as soon as I walked in the door. I appreciated that the vaccination is given in a trailer, which limits the number of people there, decreasing the chance that others are there for sick visits. I was able to park a few steps away from the entrance. Everyone was friendly, professional and wearing appropriate ppp equipment, I was given an appointment for the second vaccination right then. Well done Cornell Scott."

"Bad! People wait 3 to 4 hours or more, for a 10 min appt with the Doctor. They never see you on time regardless of how early you come in. Also, love cancelling appts without notifying a patient. This is not only my experience but of others as well."
