"We purchased a stove through Wayfair and Eurochef was/is the manufacturer. The stove arrived not working. Wayfair directed us to Eurochef who insisted it was the wiring. We paid our electrician numerous times to come out and check and still did not work. After dealing with Annmarie ( who is beyond rude, unprofessional and not capable of reading their own instructions) a technician was sent to our home. He spent over three hours trying to fix the stove and repeatedly telling them on the phone that the stove is broken … to which he was told “no, try doing …”. Eventually the stove exploded and caught fire in our home . The technician put it out immediately and apologized and assured he would make sure we got a new stove . At that point Eurochef began ignoring us. Wayfair sent a new stove which also did not work … and Eurochef insisted that we voided warranty because we plugged it into the wall. After threatening a lawsuit, wayfair picked up both units. Would never purchase anything that is manufactured by Eurochef."

"Customer service is a NIGHTMARE. We don't recommend buying any product that they are the suppliers of as when the day comes for service, which *always* happens on appliances, you will have terrible support. I can't believe how pathetic and unprofessional they treat service at Euro Chef. It's a joke."

"Beyond horrible experience and overall customer service. I purchased a $2500 range hood from wayfair, who used Eurochef to supply. Unit arrived not working. Wayfair sent me to Eurochef. All parties at Eurochef are beyond rude and hateful. Never been treated so poorly in a customer service aspect. Eurochef insisted the unit worked, and it was my (brand new wiring). I paid my electrician to be at my home and speak to their tech to assure them it was not the wiring. They then sent a tech twice over 2 months of time. The tech said it's not the wiring, it's the unit. Eurochef still insisted it was the wiring. Refused to send a new unit. I have now wasted over 2 months and thousands and thousands of dollars paying to hold my contractor because my kitchen cant be completed until this is installed and working. Never had a single apoplectic response from this company, only belligerence and insistence that this unit I purchased was working and it was my house that was faulty. Even after repair techs conformed otherwise twice. My experience with this company has also caused me to never do business with wayfair again. I won't associate with those who associate with a business providing such poor customer service ."

"It took a few months but EuroChef helped me trouble shoot and fix the problem of the new Verona Stove. I'm happy with the stove (I love the depth, and simplicity of the range) and very happy EuroChef didn't give up in helping me figure out the small issues I was experiencing. It ended up not being issues but just an adjustment. And the stove works a little differently vs an American brand. We didn't need a service tech, they helped me trouble shoot over the phone and via email to get the stove working as it should but if a service tech and parts would have been needed they had my back. Thanks EuroChef and the national dealer for sticking with me as we figured out the adjustments needed on the stove."
