"Wife purchased portable speakers for my birthday 36 days ago. The speakers are difficult to program and use. I tried to return them. I am a Geek Squad member which allows for extended return time for unwanted products.if Store and HQ REFUSED ATTEMPTED RETURN. REASON GIVEN WAS A TELEPHONE # used at time of purchase did not match clubs records WE FEEL THIS IS NOT REASONABLE. We would like further communication."

"On December 21st 2023, I went to pick up an online order (Speaker) and was ask to provide my identification like normal but then I realized the lady in front of me was picking up an item (TV) and all she provided was a phone number and was not ask for any Identification and when she ask if they need to see her ID they said it’s ok no need too show ID, I felt like them were being discriminated against me and I will make a complaint with the manager about my experience. I think everyone should be treated the same."

"Being somewhat of a tech junkie Best Buy has been one of my go-to stores. The stores are clean and somewhat well stocked. In recent years, however, they've seem to be scaling back on merchandise. They don't feel as cutting edge as they used to be."

"Best Buy no longer has cashiers. They want you to use the app, which might be fine except an item I wanted to purchase was in a locked plastic box, so the app told me I had to see a cashier. What they call cashiers now are also the "Geek Squad" department, so if someone is dealing with a tech issue, you have to wait for one of the "Cashier Geeks" to become available. There are no other options. People in front of me on line decided it was not worth it and abandoned their purchases and walked out. I waited 20 minutes for a representative to become available for a purchase that took under 30 seconds to complete. If Best Buy is losing sales, this certainly contributes to that issue."

"I had a terrible delivery service experience with Best Buy, I bought a refrigerator at Best Buy. I paid for delivery and installments when the delivery guys came to my house. The guy looked at my door and just said the fridge wouldn’t be able to fit through the door. He did not put no effort in measuring it or trying he also had attitude. Later that day I call Best Buy and I ask for a refund. The next day I went to Home Depot i bought a refrigerator it happened to be bigger. They delivered it with no problem and installed it for me Best Buy need to work on the delivery service and attitude with the customer"
