"Bertazoni Fail - The problem is the gasket to seal the oven only has five hooks to hold it in place, and the gasket falls off every time I open the oven. The gasket would have 15 hooks if it were to match the holes that are built into the oven. I've had numerous service calls and they always claim it's the right part… but acknowledge that it does not work. No solution. Even direct communication with Bertazoni Repair produced no solution."

"What I watched from Appliance World was awful!!!! My poor neighbor. They are getting their home refinished and I was over there looking at his new kitchen. An installation/delivery crew arrived and OMG it was torturing. Completely rude!!!! This crew I know the driver was name "Mo or Moe" was just arrogant and acted so disrespectful. Well the good news is I learned when I do my kitchen over next month, No way I am going to this place!!! No way appliance world! I feel so bad for my neighbors. What I watched was atrocious. I attached 2 photos I took in case Appliance world even cares about their business."

"Worked with Frank for our kitchen renovation. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. We purchased a Miele range/oven and dishwasher, a Bosch refrigerator, and a Sharp microwave. They delivered at a reasonable time for us. Our kitchen is beautiful.
