"Stay away from this practice. Though the doctors, especially Dr. Romanik, are good, trying to refill a prescription can be unbearable. I tried for 4 days to get a prescription refilled. Being told several times it would be taken care of. Nobody took the time to see it done.That is in excusable. Patient beware! You might consider a prescription refill a minor thing, however. it reflects on the uncaring, inattentive and dismissive nature of this practice. Several attempts were made by me, my husband and my pharmacist to have this refill taken care of. Yes, my doctor was on vacation that week, but don't tell me that another doctor in that practice cannot take care of this. FOUR days of futility. FOUR day's of being told it was being taken care of! Here's the best part..after 4 day's of calling and pleading they finally called it into my pharmacy. But guess what? they called in only enough to get me through the weekend. So when Dr. Romanik comes back on Monday, July 11th I have to start the whole process all over again. So if your physician goes on vacation you're out of luck! You've been warned."

"Dr.Q there gave me the least thorough physical. I had to remind her to ordered blood work. “I haven’t had a physical in a while don’t I need any blood work?”... Oh yeah... that’s when she denyed my request to learn my blood type. I never felt so turned off about learning more about my health."

"I was a patient for four years and they wanted me to come in to visit with the doctor (for an issue I had previously discussed with her) instead of just calling in a new prescription. They want to bill your insurance for anything they can. I will be changing my primary care doctor."
