"Kimberly Del Prado has my case at The Disability Guys, and I can’t think of a more unprofessional rep. She straight up lies and says she will call…then when you ask for a supervisor because it’s been 2 weeks and no call, she continues to ignore you( despite numerous reminder texts to her) she just lies and says she will have her supervisor call. Then when the supervisor never calls your left not knowing what’s going on with your case. I would straight up, go somewhere else as if I were you, unless you like to be treated like your case doesn’t matter!"
