"I was looking for an urgent care today and it’s been very busy at a few I tried before here. I was able to make an appointment, check in was a breeze. I didn’t wait long to be seen by the dr and every staff member was genuine, kind, and beyond helpful. This was the best experience at an urgent care I’ve ever had. I can not thank the staff enough for the experience."

"Did not inform me that IN OFFICE VISIT would be on a tablet. Two hours from walking in to walking out even though I had an appointment. Woman at front desk was incredibly helpful and personable as was the PA. Other patients were put off by this situation as well. I can’t imagine anyone in that office would be a repeat customer/patient. Your front end staff was impressive with their calm and polite attitude even though I can’t imagine they were enjoying their day either. It would have to be a very dire emergency for me to come to this office again."

"For the second time, the staff at DOCS Bethel provided excellent care. My doctor took time to listen to my problem, examined me properly, and made a proper diagnosis. He sent his prescription order right away, and I am on track for a good recovery. Excellent experience."

"This place is absolutely useless. I’m not too sure how they have gotten any sort of five star rating. I was seen for a work related injury two weeks ago and was assured I was in “good hands”. Some stereotypical doctor and student come in and he was not hesitant to shoot down every concern I had. I told him I definitely tore something as I know my body, he rubbed little alcohol pads on my fingers asked if I could feel it and I said yes and he said you didn’t tear anything, probably inflammation and a pinched nerve. He gives me a shot of taradol sprays me with some cooling spray and only puts me out of work for one week. Since I had zero trust in this doctor or his diagnosis I went elsewhere. Come to find out, I actually have two tears in my arm both of which will require surgery! I was able to diagnose myself better than the doctor did. A doctorate degree no longer means anything in this world because it’s doctors like this one who don’t care and are only in it for the money like the vast majority of them. Did I mention that the front desk also forgot to give me back my ID after they checked me in? Worst experience at a doctors office let alone, urgent care that I’ve ever been to. You can’t expect much from urgent cares doctors. They couldn’t make it in a hospital setting so then they try this."
